On the Customer Portal, use the dashboard to monitor key rental information for your company.

Current rentals

Shows the number of currently rented items.

Only rented items are included which related rental order line has the status ‘Delivered’.

Closed rentals

Shows the number of invoiced rented items.

Only rented items are included which related rental order line has the status ‘Invoiced’.

Pending deliveries

Shows the number of rented items that are not yet delivered.

Only rented items are included which related rental order line has the status ‘Ordered’ or ‘Confirmed’ and an on-rent date/time after the current date/time.

Pending pick-ups

Shows the number of rented items that are off rent but not yet returned to the rental company.

Only rented items are included which related rental order line has the status ‘Delivered’ and an off-rent date/time before the current date/time.

Returned not invoiced

Shows the number of rented items that are returned to the rental company, but which are not yet invoiced.

My totals

Rental amount

The total rental net amount of all rental order line invoices.

Insurance

The total insurance amount of all rental order line invoices.

Delivery transport

The total delivery transport amount of all rental order line invoices.

Return transport

The total return transport amount of all rental order line invoices.

Other costs

The total cost amount of all rental order line invoices.

Total costs

The total invoice amount of all rental order line invoices.

My account manager

The name and contact information of the account manager of the rental company.

1. Sign in to the DynaRent Customer Portal.
2. Click 'Dashboard'.
